Yoga is, at its heart, a healing practice perfect for any age or degree of fitness. This gentle to moderate yoga practice is designed to slow down and even reverse the effects of aging.  When you move within your optimum range of motion, free from any pain, and begin to recognize what it is to have stability in your core muscles; it’s then the yoga postures (asanas) strengthen and tone the body.
