Inspired Soul

My Surround Circle Yoga experience inspired me to create this raw silk wrap for my design class at Art School.  Maureen’s ability to transform the environment and create an atmosphere of style, grace, warmth and positive energy reminds me of the Baroque period of art.  This was a period where artists designed their work to alter the entire experience for the viewer.

 The raw silk symbolizes the strength and beauty of the inner soul.  The texture of the folds next to your skin provides a sense of grace and warmth intensifying internal energy.  The hand-dyed silk appliqué design fashioned in parallel lines represents the gentle flow of energy experienced in the yoga practice.

 Maureen your life’s passion is reflected in your “Surround Circle Yoga” lifestyle.  You are, and always have been an inspiration to me!
