Meditation & Motion is a class that combines breathwork, gentle contemplative yoga movement, guided visualizations and a half hour of seated meditation. If you have never meditated before, this class is an ideal opportunity to sample some of the simplest and most widely practiced meditations in the Western world. If you have meditated before, perhaps you want to expand your experience by practicing with a group of like-minded souls in a sacred space. Whatever the reason, you have come to the right place.
