Introduction to Kripalu Yoga
These private classes are chosen if:
- You are ‘brand new’ to yoga and plan to attend classes at the studio
- You want a re-fresher class to familiarize yourself with Kripalu Yoga
Functional Form Therapeutic Yoga
These private classes are chosen if:
- You want to achieve specific goals, such as:
- Rehabilitate and recover from injury
- Find relief from long-term pain and stiffness
- Increase strength and flexibility
- Improve athletic performance
- Manage stress or anxiety & boost mental clarity
- Learn to breathe properly
- Weight loss or weight management
- You feel a personalized program would benefit you before moving to a group class
- You have a limited amount of time and prefer to be taught in the privacy of your home (Top)
Details for Private Yoga:
- One-On-One or semi-private
- In-studio or at your home/office
- 60 or 90 minute sessions (FFTY classes are only 90 minutes long)
- Single or multiple sessions
- For FFTY only: private group classes for up to 8 (in-studio only – due to the number of props required)
