Yoga 55+

“I should be doing yoga” is a familiar expression I often hear from folks who have reached the ripe and wonderful age of +55.  Whether or not you are suffering from arthritis, a chronic pain in your lower back, or simply experience a stiff body when you wake up in the morning ~ yoga may just be the thing for you!

On the surface level, yoga is a challenging, fun discipline that keeps the body fit.  It regulates the internal organs and balances the circulatory, respiratory, and hormonal systems.  Yoga alleviates stress, aids in the healing of physical injuries and illnesses, and helps to reclaim a general sense of well-being.
