A flow-style (vinyasa) class where breath and movement are actively linked together ~ creating an energetic meditation-in-motion, aiming to join body and mind together in a graceful sequence.

Strength & Soul is a powerful way to become leaner, stronger and more flexible.  You will feel your entire body invigorated and alive. More importantly, during this class you will learn to slow down, quiet your mind, and have a calm inward experience.  Eventually yoga won’t just be something you do on the mat; it will become a valuable way to enhance your life off the mat!

This class is suitable for students with some yoga experience to more advanced students.
